i did that and only reptilian voice and lymbic system appear... i presume i need to find a head of a headless horseman and then bring it to the church. where can i find the head ?

You need the quest as well. If you go to the church your brain will suggest to you that you should give Dolores the figure. It might be a hidden skill check, not sure.

Possible preconditions: calling random numbers on the phone by the fish market?

Also there are 2 figurines, not sure if you need both. But I also believe that you may need to dial random numbers on that phone.

Imo the whole Dolores plot thread was the best one in the game.

true it was very emotional when i had a dream with ex wife as dolores dei. i wonder is it possible to play absolutely good cop and somehow convince her to stay and try again
