Portal doesn't need a lot of power to run. Unfortunately, you don't really have any. It may run ok at a low resolution.

Should be possible.

Should be alright. Your graphics chip is extremely lower powered which will effect your graphics, but at low enough settings it should be very playable.

Would you suggest a RAM upgrade?

Adding RAM wont do much, the main issue is your lack of a discrete GPU for which you'd need a totally new laptop or gaming PC. So youre about as good as youre gonna get on that non gaming laptop.

RAM won't make your laptop faster, just make hitching happen less often.

how much time do they usually take to respond to the request ?
Is the refund support good?

Usually, when you make a refund request, it would take about 1 day to get your money back, and I think the Refund Support is good, but you'll need to have less than 2 hours and less than 14 days I believe to be able to make a refund.

Refund system is excellent. If you've played less than two hours and owned the game for less than two weeks, you'll be granted a refund within a couple of hours of filing the request. You can request a refund for any reason - it's enough to just click "it's not what I expected"

The refund itself is very fast, but it can take a while for the cash to be wired back to you. Usually 24-36 hours for me.
