kinda sad... but this is the world we live in.
are those the remake process of this game? because the graphic are way bad and blury as helll.
This is a really great intermediate solution while the CR project continues it's work. It's also impressive the time you took to clearly explain the difference between this mod and the other ones out there.
Thanks for being such a huge help to the community!
Give this man your support, very good guy.
I want to say that Speedwagon has been helping us since day 1 with his mod, just hours after Nyxo messaged me when his Tool went live Speed messaged me with his sprite and chipset dump. We've been using it as a guide for the mangled pieces in the mobile dumps. It has been TREMENDOUS value to us. He's held off posting his thread because he wanted to be considerate of me and my team's hard work, keeping his stuff to the discord, pms, guide and group, but now I wish he had posted sooner because someone without any integrity it seems ripped Speedwagon's method off and his work and posted it as his own work on reddit and apparently under the dishonesty of it being 1:1 SNES quality. -sigh-
I'm sorry Speedwagon, we've been borked by the piggbackers of society, but it is yours that got the full brunt of it. Again, my apologies man. Hopefully this is all a misunderstanding, but in this reality messed up crap is more common than misunderstandings or good things. :(
- downloaded the defilter and CTExplore
- downloaded the patch
- ran the defilter first, applied sucessfully
- ran CTExplore, opened resources.bin archive
- patched archive with patch
- saved archive and exited
Loaded the game, and it looks the same as normal except the defilter worked.
What am I doing wrong? Does it only work with CTExplore 1.2? Because I'm using the newest 1.3a
Any help would be great. Thanks.
Let me take a look at it for you. The patch structure may be off. I'll edit in a moment.
EDIT
Looks like the structure is off. I'll message Speed about it. For now, let me message you a fix. Hopefully he won't mind that.
Hey, thanks for the quick response. If it's any bother, I can wait until he takes a look at it. I'm in no rush.
Thanks again for all the work you guys are doing.
I honestly don't mind helping. The edit took less than a second.
Would you might temp accepting a friends request so I can send you the new file? We can unfriend after, just rather not post the link without first giving it to Speedwagon to update OP. :)
It seems to me his file structure was off....unless y'all using 1.3 and not 1.3a for the tool? There was an error in the tool that Nyxo made a hotfix for tonight. The tool should ask you to automatically update though, so that shouldn't be a problem either.
