Where you can issue commands while the game is paused (like in Age of Empires/Mythology, Emperor: Battle for Dune, or OpenRA)? Always weary of EA titles, but regular updates is always a good thing

I guess I'm missing something incredibly obvious... but I don't get it. how can I build a building, e.g. Barracks? I start skirmish on a map with HQ, Bulldozer and four LIU, and there's nothing else to it... I wish I had a Barracks... lol the only avaliable guide also tell's nothing about it. the point "how to build a building" is mentioned NOWHERE. btw. nice to link it to the game, to give it at least ANY tutorial, good idea....

Will this be more multiplayer focused? OR Will you have Substantial Campaigns, Skirmish mode with decent opponent AI and Full Pause w/ Orders in all singleplayer content...?
