Always weary of EA titles, but regular updates is always a good thing

I guess I'm missing something incredibly obvious... but I don't get it. how can I build a building, e.g. Barracks? I start skirmish on a map with HQ, Bulldozer and four LIU, and there's nothing else to it... I wish I had a Barracks... lol the only avaliable guide also tell's nothing about it. the point "how to build a building" is mentioned NOWHERE. btw. nice to link it to the game, to give it at least ANY tutorial, good idea....

Will this be more multiplayer focused? OR Will you have Substantial Campaigns, Skirmish mode with decent opponent AI and Full Pause w/ Orders in all singleplayer content...?

again over a year since I posted in this forum... and seemingly any other person. why is this game so under perceived... every now and then I play it, and I regognize some extremely well fleshed out mechanisms under the hood. this is a project that would deserve a dozen units of manpover for further development....
