Clone Drone in the Danger Zone

Settings and unlocks all vanished
When I opened up the game today, all my unlocks and achievements are vanished - it thought I was a brand new player.

Is there a command I can use to unlock them?
Is it controlled by the setting json files? If I can edit those manually to unlock things it would work.

Hey guys, I have a few tutorials I've compiled for restoring achievements:

The actual solution to this is to turn Cloud Save off in Steam's settings for Clone Drone. But that's only good if it didn't wipe your save beforehand. Cloud Save seems to have trouble determining a fresh install from its own data.

Once it's disabled it shouldn't happen again. Apologies for the save data erasure. I know how frustrating that can be, so hopefully the Dropbox stuff helps a bit! :)

Please do let me know if you need any help figuring the format out. I would be more than happy to mock up some json files for you guys if it gets too confusing or frustrating.

its strange though because on the opening page it still shows my achievements are there. I took a screen shot. When I log in its all there but as soon as I hit play and go into the game it shows 0%

Let me know if it helps any. And you can always back up your save folder and do a reset if you wanted to try that. It may solve the issue. But the critical step is making sure nothing is overwriting your edits. Make sure Clone Drone is closed between backing up and editing/saving the new file. Also that Cloud Save is Disabled.

The reset screen is activated by holding "S" during Clone Drone's startup. There will be some big, red, scary text at the top. Also happens to be your save location.

Anyway, you'd select "Reset My Game Save Data" option, then go from there.

Hi daenyth and Creeprcrushr13! Our contact at Steam is wondering what platforms our players who saw the Cloud Save issue were on. Do you play on macOS or Windows/PC? They have a theory it might be macOS specific, so would love to hear if you're on a Mac or not.
