I myself am not sure about the wallpaper but I am under the impression that it is a Steam Profile Wallpaper that they are giving out, hence the "exclusive", since the game does have trading cards and since you can get certain wallpapers that way and it seems like pre-ordering this game is the only way to have the profile wallpaper
