Which QoL mods do you recommend?
I finished today my first campaign with HE, now I'll start a new one with another faction but I'd like some quality-of-life mods, nothing like major overhauls, etc. So, which ones do you recommend?

turn time destroyer, mixu's lord mods, ovn second start, flamboyant's event compilation, recruit defeated legendary lords (mixu addon).

i recommend you download sfo grimhammer since it brings many welcoming changes and it comes with some integrated mods

Visual mods like Dryrain's Reskins, maybe lighting overhauls. Depending on your taste, skill(-point) mods.

Since no total overhaul, I don't suggest SFO, lol.

I'd second the recruit defeated lords. Really nice if playing as Vlad and you want to reunite the whole family for example. Something to go with that would probably be some type of lord skill adjustment. I'd also recommend JRs old world skill overhaul to bring some of the legendary lord's skill trees more up to par.

I hate the increased upkeep costs per army. Slows the game down a ton so, no increased army upkeep would be a good one. Probably reduced confederation penalties too since confederating can be a pain enough as it is.

- Remove intro screens
- Campaign camera save
- Better Battle Camera
- Building Progression Icons
- Weapons Team on Walls
- Community Bug Fix (apparently a bunch of stuff [50+] is still bugged from small things like faction diplomacy, to glitches or errors in how stats are applied)
- Improved Unit Icon Markers (just changes it from ALL Yellow to a Yellow outline which give it more distinct and better looking [on the field] appearance)

Btw, does anyone use that Region trading mod? It seems a nice addition to deal with those allied factions conquering your lost regions, but some people said it was broken, could you clarify that if it's working or not at the moment?

Using it atm and it's working

Never used it but my guess is the AI has difficulty using it properly.

it works. in my experience nothing's broken. just remeber to read the description and sub to all other required mods like mod framework and custom ui
