Can't you put a css file into a Steam skin and load it dynamically? That way it's less likely to break things when an update occurs, and if it does, can be disabled easily?

Best games ? It's not even the best sells (by units), it's only based on the highest income for Steam by games... And it put together expensive games with big editors and cheap games without editors and advertisements.
