Nope, still happens after saying Yes to allowing it to access my PC
Thanks for your response there and appreciate your input on the matter.
When you finish your session with Ubisoft Connect, if you do happen to click 'Log out' then this will result in wiping the login details to allow next account to login unimpeded.
If that doesn't help, try reinstalling your Ubisoft Connect launcher[support.ubisoft.com], and see how that goes.

Do you mean to run the game with Ubisoft Connect open in the background, or to launch the game from Ubisoft Connect?
