Have to login to Ubisoft Connect EVERY TIME I launch

Every time I launch, whether I hit Remember Me or not, I have to put my email and password into Ubisoft Connect. Then when I close the game, it forgets me.

Try this : open first Ubisoft and after the game.

I play through Steam Remote Play and it did that too. Worst it goes to Windows "login" screen first. But it works if you start ubisoft connect before, like at windows start.

Nope, still happens after saying Yes to allowing it to access my PC

Yea, it's maddening. And it doesn't happen with any other Ubisoft game. I launched Rainbow Six Siege and it was fine, so it's tied to this specifically. Very annoying

i have this issue too and it's enraging. now i have to change my password every time because i cant remember it lol AND now i cant even play because cant connect to ubi services.... Why cant i play a SIngle Player Game without this trash

Hey guys,

Thanks for your response there and appreciate your input on the matter.

When you finish your session with Ubisoft Connect, if you do happen to click 'Log out' then this will result in wiping the login details to allow next account to login unimpeded.

If that doesn't help, try reinstalling your Ubisoft Connect launcher[support.ubisoft.com], and see how that goes.

Should problem persist regardless, let us know and we will look into the matter further.

Reinstalling ubisoft connect doesn't resolve my issue,and this only happens with Origins,I tried Odyssey and it works fine.

Do you mean to run the game with Ubisoft Connect open in the background, or to launch the game from Ubisoft Connect?
