Will the ability points in the game be enough?

Just calculated the total number of ability points needed to acquire all skills.
We need 78 ability points (not considering the master hunter, master warrior and master seer. Since they can be acquired more than once).
The level cap is 40, so we get 40 points from level uping bayek.... No idea about the number of tombs in the game.
Best case scenario, one tomb per region (unfortunately not true). There are 33 regions in the game.
Even if I consider I get 33 points from the tombs which is not possible (just finished iment nome and couldn't find a tomb in the region), still is not enough to acquire all abilities.

I know there is a chance to increase the level caps in future DLCs.. but then there is a chance to get new abilities too.. also when I buy a game I expect to be able to play the full game.
I don't want to buy ability points. Micro transaction is okay for cosmetics, skins, faster leveling up etc.. But ability points?
In all the previous games, collecting, upgrading and unlocking all the skills, collectables etc. to the max was one of the most fun activities.
Its disappointing if I have to pay extra for the game to acquire all abilities.

I hope I am wrong and we are able to unlock all abilities in the game without extra pay.

You arn't supposed to aqquire all abilities though.

Use Cheatengine to give yourself Abilities Points, no need to pay these greedy bastard

There are some regions with more than one tomb. I've found four so far in Giza. Plus you get points from hermits, from what I've read (I haven't found any hermits yet, so I can't verify that.)

I heard you can also still acquire ability points after level 40. I think it's infinite as long as you grind.
