A restart of the Steam client usually takes care of that issue. You can also restart the whole computer just to be on the safe side.

I've re-installed Steam, I've re-installed the game, turned off my firewall, but checked twice if it has it as an exception and disabled Steam Beta (these are all the steps internet has for you aboutt his topic)... Nothing worked... it most likely will be a Format C

You most likely have compatibility modes enabled for the game, either for your user or for all users.

Launch the Registry Editor (regedit.exe) in Windows and ensure that a key to the Monster Hunter exe file does not exist in either of the below locations:

* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags

* HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags

If one or two does, remove them to remove all active compatibility modes for the game.

I've checked both and neither has it inside it (I checked every sub folder)

I've swapped out my cpu and motherboard recently. It appears that broke my NVidia driver. I re-installed it and works just fine now. Thank you for the support, and let this comment be another problem-solver for others. Bless you!
