Subjectively speaking:
Sticker sets: Worth it only if you end up liking them a lot and using them often. I love the sticker set that has Meowscular Chef and the Smithy one. The Admiral one is also fancy. It's the Research Commission one, which is also the only one I personally recommend. Pick and choose among others, or even consider a pack if you find any you really like.
Gesture Sets / Poses: Depends on you. I only found one of them funny enough to get it. It's the "Air Splits" gesture that legit makes you dab in the air before doing the splits. You can also troll others with Hadoken and Shoryuken, since they launch/knock other hunters. I don't recommend them unless you use them to annoy only your close friends, though. The Weapon Pose (3) is absolutely worth it. It adds 3 different poses for each weapon, which adds up to 4 total poses per weapon. Some of them are very cool. I particularly like the ones that make my hunter take a sitting/kneeling pose.
Pendants: Worthless. Get them only if you love them. The options you can grind for are vastly prettier in terms of colors and effects. The only worthwhile mention would be "cute" crap like the balloon rat pendants. The ones with effects are usually what people pick. The butterfly ones or the Fulgurbug ones are also a few I saw others use, but most people either use none or use the non-paid ones. My favorites are the chime that makes noise when you move and the Safi rags (?) that have glowing runes on them. Both of those are obtainable without paying.
Hairstyles: Only worth it if you somehow didn't find anything you liked in the current selection. Not to mention, some "helmets" already come with copious amounts of hair, so you don't even need to bother with your hairstyle if you end up wearing one of those. The NPC hairstyles are also DLCs, but they are free to claim (here).
Monster Figures (room decor): Absolutely worthless unless you actually decorate and use your personal room. In my 1500 hours, I met exactly 1 person who gave two sh*ts about the personal room. The social aspect of this game is nonexistent due to its design, and you have to force it to actually have any meaningful interaction. That's why, extra decorations are a waste unless you REALLY plan on using the room system to its full extent.
Other room decor / Decor sets / Portraits: Same story as above.
Music for the personal room: Same as the previous one. There is only value in them if you use the room often enough to justify buying them. Otherwise, worthless.
Handler Costumes: Situational. Some of them are really sexy, but they don't solve the main issue (her face) unless it's covered. We also have entire replacements like Felyne Costume and that one big guy (Nemesis?) from Resident Evil games. The costumes do work great if you get a mod that makes her prettier, however. One of the "notable" ones is the Cute Demoness Costume due to its sex appeal. Maybe the Samba one too, if you prefer that one instead.
Edit Vouchers (Hunter and Palico): Abysmal. Don't even consider them. Ever. Just cheat them via the save editor or mods. The paid ones aren't even infinite, since you can only buy them once.
Soundtrack: I'm pretty damn sure both soundtracks are worth it, but I can't afford either of them, lmao.
TL;DR: Get the free ones, then see for yourself if you find anything you really like and will use often. Avoid the editing vouchers like the plague.
Iceborne is the only DLC you need.
