Also, a different director and developer team made Rise, as far as I'm aware. That's also a big factor when trying to figure things out.
World was made by Team A that prefer more standard hunts and keeps the games more "grounded"
Rise was made by Team B that get a little more experimental and "anime" or flashy with their titles and you can see that with how they included the flashy wirebug attacks and kick flipping around the whole map
People are divided on who's better based on personal preference
Also Steam is dropping all Windows 8.1 and 7 support in a couple weeks because DX12 should be the standard.
