not very monster hunter like game
and he is the one who respondsible for that '' When darks souls and destiny meet jurassic park ''
Barroth 100% looks like a dino and so does jyuratodus (aquatic dino type) . Great girros and jagras both look like dinosaurs .
There could be, yes, but when people think monsters, the first thing that pops into their head is T-rex, or something with a big mouth, sharp claws and lots of teeth. How does that relate? Well, it doesn't, it normally comes out in a lizard form and it's not like we are going to heck or anything, we are still on the solid ground and fighting the creatures that inhabit it. So, what's the easier course of action? Dinosaurs, dragons, varied giant lizard, some small with more tactful things and so on. They could make a giant eyeball with lots of tentacles, but does that relate to monster or dungeons and dragons?
Yeah I kinda do see it on them. Barroth for a 100%? Maybe 60% for me. But as Remilnelia™ said outside of the new world there are more monsters that really are more of a monster than a dinosour. You could see MHW as a game that tries to look a little bit more realistic compare to the older version. I really do hope that they make a Monster Hunter game that has everything that MHW has, but with monsters from older generations. So basically MHW on the old world.
You do have a point
Great giros is a snake/lizard (they aren't dinos). Tobi is a snake mixed with a flying squirrel.
