UE4 Vivox Plugin is breaking voice chat system in community servers

I dont know why ,but this happened after 1.9.2
People cant hear each other or speak to in my server.

So I try to find out whats going on,then I saw UE4 forum they add vivox plugin and server for common voice chat in 4.25.2,that was terrible for some country's player(my server is in china) cannot reach their voice server(US EAST VIVOX voice server ip is 74.x.x.x

Now people in my server (they are all level 500+)play like idiot/deaf/dump you name it,because they cant hear each other and speak,they dont cooperate like before,but in my group they confirm they had speak but nobody hear that,and I tried by myself ,2mins later same happen,I cant hear them and speak to them ,and my mic is working in other program.

I tried to find solution in UE4 forum but no one knows how to disable vivox,they are adding by dev,and force server use it.For official server saving bandwidth,I understand .But for community servers all over the world?Did you think twice before?Your vivox server can reach every country on earth?obviously not.

Hope someone like me can see this ,and help to find or told dev to try to solve this problem.
not only for this game ,every UE4 game has vivox plugin,sandstorm isnt first and last one ,
I'm appreciated.

Or I can close my server call for other people in sandstorm back to insurgency2,at lease we can chat with happeness in it.

We can hear each other, still, but - radio ambience is gone, sound is distorted and breaks up - overall experience is bad. Not sure if this has smth to do with the new setting changes, where you can now change your audio-device?

Yes,do you know discord? Vivox plugin is smth like that .But Transfer voice data to lower quality to voiceserver to each player in gameserver,you can hear your mates like robot saying. And I can confirm my device working good in any other games or programs.I know you guys using discord often but in my country people cant use it without vpn. vivox is same.
when I try to find this company ,I found its plugin infiltrate more and more games ,especially UE4,maybe they give EPIC money,thats darkside.

all players ,do not using ingame voice chat,using discord or some others,for you and your family safe ,they are try to destory your privacy
