Customization - Regular Voice not working after modifying appearance, gets overridden by Spec Ops voice.

Anyone having issues with selecting the voice option for security side? After switching from Regular to Spec Ops, I switched back and notice when joining any sort of game it selects the Spec Ops voice, even after double checking and seeing it is selected on Regular. I tried making a new load-out, modifying existing ones, and it still keeps occurring.

Update: This now now applies to switching Gender/Militia Voice, which now plays lines from the Spec Ops Voice
