HOW I FIX MISSING DLC

Have DLC's missing after purchase ? Tried installing and reinstalling with no effect?
This is how I fixed my DLCs

1) Click on insurgency sandstorm in the library , Under the "PLAY" button there is a notice
" ( ! ) New DLC for insurgency:Sandstorm has been added to your account ......"

2) click on the notice or DLC Management and disable all DLCs by ticking them off and enable 2 or 3 only (I enabled wraps and arctic set DLCs but doesn't matters)

All DLCs will be enabled in-game

Make sure to launch the game at least once before doing steps

ts does not work
