game freeze's during gameplay and loops audio

so my game starts up fine no issue there and i can queue up for matches. but when i get in a game im able to play either a couple seconds to a couple minuets max until my game starts freezing looping audio for about 5-7 seconds and then returning to normal and then it repeats. would anyone know a fix? thanks.
