Crashing during entering game

A week ago, my game could still open normally, but in the past two days, every time I open the game, it crashes after loading the anti-cheat software and opening the main program. If I directly open the main program, it runs normally, but it is rejected by the server due to a timeout connecting to the anti-cheat service.
Did someone meet same problem? Have you solve it?
