Level 0 after Hotfix

Like the Title says, I am currently level 0 (in-game it's just seen as "-" in the menu), even though i was like 350-something before the hotfix and I cant play any other class besides the basic Rifleman. also I don't have access to ANY of my purchased outfits/skins.

Does anybody have a possible solution to this? is this client or sever based? Or do I have to wait til they fixed it from their end? Thank you! :)

Make sure that your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking anything by whitelisting the game. This happened to me on my own personal account after Malware Bytes had an update.
