Turn on and off voice chat in menu:

1. Windows settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Microphone
- Make sure, you allow "Apps to access your mic" and "allow desktop apps to access your mic"
- Make sure, Insurgency Sandstorm is allowed to use your mic
Check your mixer and your sound-device settings, too.
2. Steam settings
- Navigate to --> Steam Friendlist > Settings > Voice
- Try the test first --> "Start Mic Test"
These are my Steam voice settings, maybe try with these first:
- "Voice input device" and "voice output device" --> "Default"
- Volume "input volume/gain" and "Output volume/gain" is set to full (blue bar fully visible)
- Voice transmission type --> "Open Microphone"
- Mute toggle hotkey assigned as --> "None"
Then there were some problems with some blutooth headsets, if you have different hardware (old phone headset maybe), try if it's a hardware problem.
