Which doesn't automatically mean it's the servers. Your provider can route you badly to the server provider, which ends in unnaturally high pings.

Have you at least tried to restart your router?

I having the same issues but with US East. showing 100-200ms in the menus. joining a game and it's the same issue.

You can do a traceroute to the server ip. Maybe you find something weird but helpful.
