Game Crashes every single time it starts up

Literally 100% of the time when attempting to launch the game.

How frequent is the crash occurring?
Literally every single time the game is started

Does the crash happen on a specific map or game mode?
Before the loading screen even appears

Does the crash only happen when you're matchmaking, on a community server, or playing locally?
When the game is started.

Verifying game cache shows nothing is wrong.

Game files is corrupt it seems, strange that the verify function does not fix it.

Completely deleting the game and reinstalling it fixed nothing. Error still persists. I am unable to even start up my game at the moment. This is the only game currently behaving this way, including multiple other modern UDK engine games.

Updating graphics card with an update that released today, updating windows, turning off nearly all other programs. Same result game will not launch.

32gig DDR4 Ram
Intel I7 7700 at 4.2ghz
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070
Windows 10 Pro

I've put a hundred+ hours into Sandstorm with this setup, never had this issue before.

No launch options, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled Sandstorm. It should be fresh.

Neither appdata entries (ini/json/logs/crash dumps) nor Launch Options are removed when Steam uninstalls a game.

Check them manually.

Check OC settings on your gpu and cpu

It wasn't overclocking. Arc was right. It wasn't deleting the mod folder. Deleting that and reinstalling fixed it.

I am having the exact same issue but can't find the pathing Arc is talking about to find the appdata to delete. Could Super or Arc elaborate on the fix for this? Thanks.
