Steam Connection Failure

When i join a server im in for 5 minutes then "Lost Connection to the server" error message appears.

My friend is the admin in the server and he found this line:

Anyone knows how to solve this?

I get that in all my PVP servers. After first map plays then tries to load second map either by vote or random. Happens every time for me :(
