It doesn't matter how good your cpu is when you video card is ♥♥♥♥. And it always takes time for developers to cater to the high end user (which in your case is only your cpu).
I have 18-39% CPU usage
Intel 8700K
and yours is 8700k...dude why you even comparing..your cpu is whole other level and maybe its amd thing..idk
if you want to tell me that my pc's bad and i should upgrade my Graphiccard and Cpu then dont even bother bc it can't simply is too much asked from the devs that you need a high end gaming pc to play their game
@Flare Nah it is just badly optimised. Maybe they overdone map size? I am just guessing.
UT4 with smaller maps were more playable for me.
1050ti does suck and like others have stated it is not a gaming series card. My 970 out performs it in every category with 3 years on top of the 1050ti release date. Either upgrade to a 70 series or don't expect great results from that card.
It's simple as that.
