Dedicated server not installing (no subscription)

im new to this but when i run the app_update 581330 i get the ERROR (no subscription) help would be nice

Can't install server side files on Linux Server keep getting topic error.

@Arc - is there a template/example config file for the dedi servers? All the .ini files seems to be blank except the GameUserSettings.ini.

Firstly you have to specify the directory for the server to install in.

Should it still not work for you then wait for couple of minutes/hours till Steam servers distribute the content across all regions.
