Adding a message that automatically appears in chat (Server Admin)

Hello, I'll get straight to the punch. My friend and I just started a coop server and this is our first time running a game server. Basically what I'm trying to figure out is how to have a message appear in chat automatically. For example say every 5 minutes it says in chat our discord link where people can go in a loop basically. I've seen this in other games but can't recall seeing it insurgency yet or not. We do have rcon.

i have same thing if you bought a server just add a scheduled task
if you host from pc you cant. works fine i have welcome message's every 5 minutes,
and merry christmas message every 6 minutes.
but a link would be useless bc you cant copy text in chat

Wait for SDK to come out.

Insurgency have it (Its from sourcemod. Originally game don't have it. That's why wait for modding) but not for Sandstorm yet.

Right now all you can do is rcon the message every 5 mins.
