COOP Server GSLT Problems

Hey Guys.
I got a problem getting the XP to work.
I have a GSLTToken for 581320 but it just won't work.
The Server is rent from nitrado, I entered the Token at the Webinterface but neither is the Server XP active nor does the Token on the Steam site say that it's beeing used.
so i tried entering it manual in the Game. ini (\Sandstorm\Insurgency\Saved\Config\LinuxServer\Game.ini
Maybe someone knows how to help me, or someone can show me a working config for a COOP Server with active XP

when i go to the Serverlogs it doesn't use the Gamestats:
LogInit: Command Line: Town?Scenario=Scenario_Hideout_Checkpoint_Security?MaxPlayers=6?GSLTToken=xxx -Port=27015 -QueryPort=27016 -hostname=xxx

I already tried putting it in the game.ini, but not sure where

I know that -gamestats is required for xp, but shouldn't the token say that its used either way?

I of course did that already. Contacted the Phone Support, they didn't know what to do and told me to go to the steam forums. Now knowing what the issue is, i called them again and they told me to write a ticket. Now after 20h I didn't even get any answer. Which would be okay if the server wouldnt also have serious performance issues.

But i'll wait and see what they're gonna reply.

It's a pity. Back in the day we used to host minecraft servers there, never had a problem...
So for now we keep playing on the NLD servers lol
but some times it aint easy to join a server with 4 people at once...

nitrado is terrible for support i had server up for 2 days and xp would not work try nfoservers or eoreality there services r fast and work well

My experience is that Steam will expire a never-used GSLT token (such as due to command line error) in less than 24 hours. Check the status of your token to see if it is still valid & active, regenerate one if needed.

Once it is successfully used by your server, the token seems to stay valid for a long time, even if your server goes down for days.

yeah i know... but there is no need to regenerate it as long as they dont fix the issue

Hi, a friend of mine also have a Server hostet by Nitrado. I'm the admin on it. I wrote them also a ticket.
They added that GSLT Token field in the webinterface after i told them to do so. But still my Token did not work and also some other stuff like admins and so on.
I told them to enter a field where i can change the commandline myself and also send them the official server guide.
The only thing they said is they willl send it to the developer crew but it can take a while. This was 3 weeks ago.
Now we will get rid of the server.

I realy like Nitrado but you should not buy an Insurgency Sandstorm server there.
