Chinese sci fi gun grenade launcher not working?

Sorry for calling that sci fi gun but I seriously can not check the game right now so I going to call that

I been trying to cosplay as Chinese spec ops and using that gun that release bolt to load 20mm grenade in
and it seem I barely able kill people with it
there like bad guy in front of the car and I gotto shoot fast and it hit the car behide him in about 3 or 4 m but it did not kill him or hurt him at all
there also like I seeing explode like quite near the enemy like 3 m away but yet did not do anything to the guy

I just check by spawning ai in range and trying on ai that quite very close to me and like the explosive like 2 or 3 m away from the ai but did not kill the guys

disappointed, OLDER Insurgency game under barrel grande launcher were stronger than this
regular ai mortar/nade throwing having like 6-8 m serious injury radius

What did you expect from the Chinese rifle with integrated 20mm UGL(i don't think that it's underbarrelled though) that was made for Chinese SOF?
