I enjoy this one more, but Insurgency is smaller scale with faster paced matches while Squad is a time commitment for each match where team strategies determine who wins.
even done a 1v26 before (2 waves) hiding in a dark spot and capped the objective as last man standing xD
Go for Squad (or Operation Harsh Doorstop if you want the free version).
Be warned that the ICO has made some controversial changes in Squad though if you decide to go that route.
I would rank it like that:
Arma - depending on game mode, server, mods: High realism, slow paced, buggy
Insurgency Sandstorm - fast paced, buggy, but you don't glitch that much
Squad - Between both, more leaning towards Arma
