If they’re any worse, they’ll be pointless.
There is no blindness in real life.
? Are we playing the same game? My screen is coloured all white for quite a while.
I.e. you're lying.
I.e. you just don't like flash-bang behaviour as it is currently in-game and want to change it.
/Delete thread.
That isn't how your eyes work, stop wishing it were the case so you can cudgel your ♥♥♥♥ wishes onto other people so you can have a free line of kills because you suck at clearing rooms.

Real bangs and other assorted light-emitting stun grenades do cause temporary blindness if the device when activated is within one's ocular field of view. OP thinks they're OP because they haven't actually experienced this weapon IRL and if they had they'd know that the in-game representation is not realistic for the wrong reasons; the blindness IRL lasts longer than it does in-game.
I am not lying. Flashbangs don't make you blind. They will give you shadows when triggered in a dark closed room, but that is about it.
Anyone who claims otherwise has never seen a real flashbang blow off and only knows it from the movies. I have probably used a dozen flashbangs during training myself as well as on riots as I have spent 8 years with the military police.
I doubt that most users on here have ever even hold anything other than an air soft.
This is what it looks like:

But I see I am dealing with real experts here again, insurgency forums. Meh.
Cheers. Let's just keep it as it is and not improve the game.

I see your concern.
Agreed, this sounds like a solid solution to solve the issue and make them more realistic. I get that this has to be implemented in to a game FOR a game somehow and is not real life. But I think this would be an easy solution, better than having a white screen for 20 years as this is nothing like what happens in real life.
