Hello everyone, we recently put up a small FAQ on our support desk site to help answer some of the questions we see asked multiple times a day. We will be updating this document with more questions and answers as they become available.

Thanks for making the FAQ, I have a few more questions not covered.

Server browser update? It's hard to promote and grow community servers when people avoid the server browser.

Returning extended stats? This was announced like 3 years ago

The ability to locally record private server replays? We cant confirm if people are cheating on private servers.

Any incentive-to-play update planned for player retention? for example: a leaderboard or battle pass.

Any plan on fixing / implementing broken private server game.ini configurations? for example: scoreboard.

PLEASE drop Easy anti cheat. it is anything but easy, it is such a pain. there is probably hundreds maybe thousands who cant play because EAC keeps shooting errors at everyone. it gives me an 'insufficient privileges' error every time i try to launch it. it doesn't tell me how to fix it or an error code or any info at all. i know this isn't your fault that its behaving like this but it is seriously bad for your business and the players.

What about letting us to download only the running custom map instead of all the maps installed on a community server when when we connect to one?

Game crashing with UE4 error message. l sent a lot of reports with it. And tried a lot of fixes from the internet
Where is the updates and fixes from developers?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

Are you playing on Windows 7? It seems last update screwed up support for it.

Game stuck on logo without anything happening not in the FAQ, and I am not going to research why my game doesn't work. I did a reinstall after 2 weeks, now I will just periodically check I geuss? But I must say that I am already a pretty disillusioned gamer, so its stuff like this that will probably kill the interest. I mean I am already writing my own story because I think movies suck. So maybe thank you in advance for pushing me into becoming a thinking person because of lack of service, in your (for some reason) service game.

I've just unistalled everything and deleted all folders with Insurgency, and installed again and it works!

This game simply does not work anymore. Just is stuck on the loading screne . IF it goes to game it is unplayable as it freezes.

Servers are down now
