Lost Customization

Hey i just got on today and all my customization has been reset. I played last night and had all my stuff, but today it all got relocked and it didn't give me back my credits or anything. It even saved my outfit loadouts but wont let me used them. Anyone know how I can fix it?

It's been like this for a while, which has discouraged me from playing. Because I have to re-create load outs & character builds from scratch every time I login. Even all my game credits I have accumulated over time have been reduced? When I am in the game trying to create a custom load out, I am unable to do so even when I load a default load out and change the weapon set.

Yup same here, all cosmetics locked including DLCS

verify your game files and (i hate to say it) redownload the game if that doesn't work, i've had it before and it fixed after, but if those two don't work then new bug ig

its working already. I just started a fight vs AI and when I died I saw my skins again.

that's such a scuffed fix i would expect no less from this game, i love it to pieces but christ that makes me laugh
