My friend and I apparently went so spicy in the voice chat that it earned us both an EAC ban the next day. I am at a loss to think of any other reason for getting banned, I've been playing for 250 hours and have never cheated in any way including the weird wall or floor glitch people can be seen doing. Any input is appreciated, we've appealed it I'm just baffled lol. Apparently Mongolian Throat Singing isn't welcome in voice chat f*ckin racism if you ask me.

Regardless, I doubt EAC cares about trolling on mic. As far as I know they don't censor people, but the map glitching may have set it off especially if that was done in a PvP server.

Doesn't make sense to EAC (ANTI-CHEAT) ban someone over being cringe in voice chat. Mute them sure, but just straight up ban them? big wtf and abuse of EAC. I'd hop on the "haha fucc you troll" too if it were a fair punishment such as a temporary mute (or permanent if they're just being belligerent and saying some real vile stuff for no reason), but globally banning someone over some trolling is too excessive.

IMO it's also a catch 22 with modern society to keep censoring people online, resulting in people being more and more fed up with this silencing and having these kinds of outbursts to get this weird troll energy out of their system, which leads to further censorship in this feedback loop. ♥♥♥♥ censorship.

It's not EAC. That's an assumption by the poster. Most likely a ban from the developers that was manually enacted.

Cancel culture and censorship are awful, but banning someone for--as the OP himself said--trolling and mic spamming is not the same thing. That kind of behavior has LONG been grounds for removal from pretty much any online community in which it is possible to troll/mic spam.
