Private servers / Playing with friends only.

For about 20 minutes today and yesterday my friend and I tried to play Coop alone.

Yesterday our server browsers showed two totally different pools of servers, eventhough the region and filters were the same. We settled for matchmaking after a long while of trying to join eachother via Steam (doesnt work) or IP (nowhere to be found).

Today we actually found a few servers we both could join. I couldnt see any of the 2 player servers i usually prefer, but he did. We joined max. 4 player servers but of course people join those (not their fault).

Is there gonna be ANY way of hosting our own private (LAN even) matches?
Or is the server browser gonna be fixed because at time of writing i see no servers at all.

I was wondering about this too. Can you start a party and have the leader join a server? I assumed this would pull everyone one in the party into that server.

Odd game that disallows players playing with friends alone. My friends wanna go and do a tactical 4 player coop instead of joining 4 other dudes who don't communicate and do whatever. Silly design choice

yeah its a pain, ts preferable to find one server thats empty and play on it.

As of right now the two man servers we played on are back up so thats good. But there really should be more options to play with...

Global Core Gamers (Team Play) server (12 player) is always an option. You can find it in the Community Servers list. Make sure you have Europe checked in the Region Preferences. If you have trouble with anyone messing about send me a friends reguest and I´ll sort it out for you. Just a tip.

what you want a feature that almost every modern day fps has? NO take these cosmetic skins instead! Dont get your hopes up. i dont think this will be a option sadly. best bet is making your own server sadly.

The game is absolutely terrible comparing it to original insurgency, which was wonderful.
