Looking For best server host.

I just flat out can't properly create a dedicated server so I looked to hosted servers and tried nitrado and they suck there isn't a command line to add mods and mutators into your game so I'm trying to find a good host service that allows you to mod and config your servers the way you want it.

If you find a provider that offers VPS (sometimes known as "managed server" I think) in which you can do whatever you want, that'd be the best option.
Most game server providers using admin panels have screw ups one way or another and contacting Support Team every time you want to change command line arguments is rather silly.
