There's really no reason to have any other guns into the game for reasons other than cosmetic. It would almost not have any effect on gameplay at all.

As skin for the M4 it might be cool.
Personally I'd prefer the M27 as support weapon aswell. But it needs more magazines, same for the Galils, what's the point otherwise?
I think the point is to be able to give support the option of having a light loadout, in case it's the only class available left and you don't wanna be slow
Rifleman is always available and any AR > Galil (with 35 round mags). Having to spend 3 points to get 7 mags as machinegunner is quite ridiculous tbh.
Better ammocount would atleast give one incentive to pick the galil. Also IRL automatic rifleman (with m27's) carry 16 stanag mags.
