New Grips
Get rid of reload grip and add mag pull option
Get rid of quick draw grip and add sling option

Doesn't make any sense that a GRIP makes a reloading faster or changing weapons.

Agreed. Alternatively, make point shooting a generic stance option, and have foregrips have different stats that boost aim, ADS time or point shooting stability in different degrees as you would expect from the type of grip. This would be consistent and leave room to add in mag options, stock options etc.

It seems this is a case of video game logic. People wanted different foregrips. In FPS video game world different accessories have to have different discreet abilities otherwise the space time continuum implodes.

IMO slings should be in every gun by standard but games don't often model it for some reason.

big brain time: what if they put the grip on the magazine itself? THIS may very possibly increase reload time!

Agreed, and also this is the 3rd thread about this. I'd be fine with magpul locking you to base mag size, so no extended mag if you want faster reload.

Definitely agreed,

We only really need 3 foregrips,

vertical grip, for recoil
angled grip, for ads time
something for gun sway maybe

for a fourth,

I'm thinking the folding grip could be toggleable, helps recoil when deployed, and helps ads when folded.
OR maybe could make it cost 1 or 2 and have it reduce recoil but increase weapon sway, making it a decent option for close range loadouts.

This way we could drop those 2 ugly gold vertical grips

For faster reloads, magpul (even if its in a later update)
For quick draw, a sling (that's what they did in Day of Infamy, so they can no doubt do it again)

Some things i have to point out about the aesthetic-functional purpose of the grips in certain weapons:

>I feel like the "loading grip" for shotgun should increase the pump action speed in this way is contributes more to the gameplay

>Grips for bolt action rifle are absurd if you wanna keep the functionality for gameplay reasons its better to have slings instead of grips (only bolt action rifles) makes more sense having slings:
-Sling (quick draw)
-Tactical sling (quick Aming)
-Stock ammo holder/pouch to remplace the loading grip (loading)
they can have diferent models emphasize the diference...

>about point shooting is not useful for boltaction rifles

meant the grips used for the underbarrel. i have an old magazine using the 550 + tape from back in the day and i tend to miss the hole to pull out the magazine xD

it would be a deadly combination of sling, quick mags, and quick aim grip. prolly coz of balancing issues

That would be a mean combo, but that's where point costing comes in. If each of those accessories are 1-3 points each you'll have to make do with an m16 if you want to afford anything else. Even in co-op those points are going to add up, in versus you'll deffo have to make do without a few other things - a decent optic, a carrier, frags, smoke, a pistol worth a damn...etc
