How to change cpu affinity

Hey people, I'm using a xeon X5660 cpu (4GHz) but these chips have an issue where only core0 will be used to run the entire game on, and only if you disable cpu0 thru affinity you will force the cpu to use all the cores / threads. I have this issue for all games but changing this setting fixes it.

BUUTTT easy anti cheat blocks me from changing the affinity. And regedit doesn't seem to applly the settings that I change in the DWORD/Affinity. And for rust this fixed it: creating a shortcut and changing target to: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C START "Rust" /high /affinity FFE "X:\Install\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Rust\Rust.exe" START /affinity FFE

FFE because I want to use CPU1 to CPU 11
