Sure, but headshots are instant kills anyways. You missed what I was saying. ASVAL is also 900RPM
It's basically an enlarged 7.62 bullet but it still tumbles better considering how big the actual bullet of the cartridge is.

Either that, or I'm going to assume someone made a typo somewhere along the way. The Val should do slightly more damage and have slightly higher pen than the Honey-Badger. As it stands, it has trouble penetrating thin walls and takes an excessive amount of rounds to kill anyone. All of these things don't make sense in the context of the Val - which was designed to shoot a round which could penetrate thin barriers and soft body armour while retaining enough energy to put a bad guy down in one or two shots all while remaining subsonic.
Honestly the Val as a breacher rifle at all is weird to me, because I'd have thought that would make more sense as an Adviser weapon(see: it's exotic, it's actually not a completely CQB dedicated rifle unlike the Krink).
The VAL was developed from the Vintorez which was, by it's very conception, a marksman's rifle(designed for urban operations).
I actually have no complaints about the Honey-Badger, it's more or less perfect. The Val needs Honey-Badger tier caliber stats and a SIGNIFICANT damage buff. My advice would be to swap the Val for the Krink(AKS-74U) and vice versa for Breacher and Advisor. Let players take it's 4X scope into standard PvP and buff the stats up so that it's primary detriment to long-range is the fact that the bullet has the trajectory of a loaded tool-box.
Remove the SVD for the advisor since that never made any sense to me.
Also the Sterling's fire-rate needs to go up, it's irl fire-rate was something like 550 rpm and it was select fire. The one in the game is full-auto only and has a fire rate closer to 400.
I'm glad someone completely understands. The Breacher--Advisor swap for AKS74u and ASVAL makes perfect sense to me as well.
