Game is Resetting my Character Customization
ALL of my purchased customization options keep getting reset. The things I've purchased revert back to their unpurchased state almost every time I start the game up, causing me to have to buy them AGAIN. This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ infuriating. The game keeps wasting SO MUCH of my progress.

FIX. THIS. SH/T.

This is not a bug.

NWI: "This is a feature.".

"This is a bug."

A fix is currently being worked on. For now just restart the game client- yes, that is extremely frustrating that you have to fix it this way yourself and yes, it is our fault. Promise we are doing our best to iron out these issues.

had this bug on the 1.6 update
it was a weird solution but try these
1: restart the game, should fix it
2: go to your steam userdata folder and delete the insurgency folder. not sure exactly where it's located. should be under the steam appid but you may have to do some digging.

I had this 2 times as well until now. Solution: Right click on INS2 in your steam list, do a game file verification.

After its done, start the game and click on your customization slots (the name), so it update to the original ones again.
