Im sure there will be clientside mods aswell, that you can use on the official servers. I would love if we could just create a server from the menu aswell but ehhh... It's NWI were talking about, i love them, but they have been doing pretty bad lately.
I mean alright, lets say client side mods for gun sounds, skins & such are possible.
But what about maps? Additional content that needs to be on the server itself?
How will that be made possible for console players, if not through hosting servers?
So they'd either get only partial support for mods on console, or need hosting somehow.

But, that sucks I wish we can play them directly from the main menu like in the classic source engine insurgency :((((((
