New update reset my characters and all of my apparel items bought are no longer owned.

Hopped on last night to get back on the Sandstorm grind. Get to the main menu and my character is now a woman, in reset clothing for security. I change back to the male character it's a different model and different clothes from my character I had set-up before the patch, go into clothing options, it still shows MY equiped items I had purchased as the current items character is wearing, but character is not wearing those items, also all items I had previously bought are not owned anymore it wants me to purchase them again, kind of ridiculous if I'm going to have to repurchase my previously purchased items.

Hi spookyCitrus can you send your SteamID and a link to this thread to [e-mail] i'll ask one of our devs to look into it.

The update should not have reset your cosmetics purchases.

Edit: Please check you are playing on the live build and not the CTE.

Alright will do and just my steam id or steamid64? And to clarify I was on the regular version of the game not the CTE.
