Stuck with Tatoos
So my characters both have the Spartan tatoo on both arms and I can't get rid of them.
What gives?

Once you get a tattoo its pretty hard to get them removed. You will probably have to undergo some sort of "Laser removal" procedure sadly

Or just get a knife, a bucket and some enthusiasm.

its a bug, for me they only show on the opening menu/customisation page. In-game they aren't there

Same here, although I don't own it, the spartan tattoo shows up on right arms of both factions.
