New gun ideas for both sides.
First of all, I love the game and all of the guns/maps, but I have some ideas.

Insurgents: Galil AR, AKMS, S&W Revolver (Any kind), P99, UMP-45, Izhmash Saiga 12 (Semi Auto), M4 (Classic 3 round burst), RPK-74, RPK, Kar 98K, MAC 10, Tommy Gun, STG-44, M16A1, SPAS-12.

Security: Galil ACE, Rhino Revolver (.357 Mag.), P99, MP9, SCAR-L (MK-17), Origin 12 (Semi Auto), A Modern SKS, Ameli LMG, Repace the AK-74 for the AK-74M, RPK-74M, UMP-45, CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1, P90, SA-58 FAL, MTAR-21, HK-416A2, G36C, ACR, AUG (Any Variant).

The forum needed more cringe anyway, distinct shortage of internet gun weirdos and walts for a while. Glad they're all out in force this week.

..though whilst I'm here, the game NEEDS a phased plasma rifle in a forty watt range. I want it so that I can have a more satisfying orgasm on my keyboard..and if I want it, the game NEEDS IT. You don't even know guns like I do so don't bother talking to me.

Oh ♥♥♥♥ a bolt action shotgun? I hope it's a Savage 212. I had a Stevens model 58 growing up, so I do got a kink of sorts for bolt action shotguns. I for see me maining this shotgun if it's implemented properly.

Its not a Savage 212, its a M26 MASS.

The post included the MTAR-21, the carbine variant of the TAR-21. Although it'd be cool to add the Tavor rifles, I've seen more Israeli troops use the MTAR-21 rather than the assault rifle version. I think the MTAR-21 would be better suited to say the least due to the less weight.

As long as they put the MP40 back in and the STG44 I'm satisfied.

Armory will right all wrongs anyway.

Most of the guns in insurgency and armory are garbage anyway. The guns in the game are good but it would be nice to have some more options.

Sorry to let me tell ya', but Mikee despises Desert Eagle due to its impracticality & also it's overrated in various popular medias. Also, M107 is basically another variant of M82 which barely makes any differences. Devs are planning to add Barrett M99 which is a bolt-action anti-materiel rifle. MG34 & MG42 may be considered "Redundant" due to the availability of MG3 which is basically a modern version of both of them. For FAMAS, there'll be a modern version of it called VHS-2 which ever saw usage by recent local militias in Middle East. HK Mark 23 is rather rare, especially due to various factors like unnecessary bulky size of it which caused HK to produce USP Tactical, which performs similar to Mark 23 in less bulkier size. SG 553 is actually based on SIG-Sauer SIG556 HOLO, which is a civilian semi-automatic rifle & incorrectly fires in full-auto on CS:GO. HK PSG-1 itself is actually a specialized version of G3 for marksman role & actually quite expensive which makes it rare. I really appreciate reappearance of classic guns from previous games as well like MP5K, UMP-45, StG-44, MP40 Galils & so on. Overall, I hope that in-game mods come ASAP in order to let the creative mod creators to satisfy the playerbase, like cool gun skins, new maps & such.

Well, they can add them anyway because this is a game, and games are there to be fun, right?

Oh I´ve just recognized that I didn't mean the M107. I meant the Barrett M95 which is a Bullpup variant of the Barrett M82.

NO THEY ARE NOT! The MG3 is a less powerful version of the MG42. Less Fire rate,smaller caliber, they are not the same and it would be make total sense to have them both in the game. AAAND the MG34 is a complete different gun and you can´t say they are all the same, lol. However all three MGs are still in use until this day on the battlefields.

Good to know, but I want a foreign legion style FAMAS in the game, because they are awesome and sexy.

Just because a weapon is more rare in use does not mean they should not add it to the game.
Many special forces like the SEALs used them. I think they could be very useful on night maps.

Anyway they are cool guns, so go add them to the game.

Again, rarity of a weapon is no argument for me. The PSG-1 is more a Police unit weapon I know, but it is a unique Sniper Rifle, maybe the best shooting sniper rifle in the world along with the WA2000, and the PSG-1 is NOT only a G3 with a scope if you think that.

I just recall another rifle for the game the CheyTac M200.

Maybe you don't get what he meant. Mikee explicitly stated on-stream that the Desert Eagle isn't going to be added in Sandstorm, because it's extremely unrealistic (no one uses them).

Also, is it a smaller caliber? The MG3 is 7.62x51 but I forget the K98's caliber; maybe 7.92x57. But still, it wouldn't make much of a difference.

NWI isn't just gonna add any and every firearm into the game. It's going for semi-realism, so the guns have to make some sense.

The MG3 is about 1000-1200rpm and the MG42 is about 1200-1600rpm which is quiet a difference, also the caliber 7,62x51 NATO compared to 7,92x57 IS is a big change believe me.
Of course you would not recognize the difference in the game because of the high time to kill in the game.
Would be nice anyway to have them both in the game.

I don't think that they handle it that way. If so they could just remove some variants of already added weapons like one of the m16 variants for example because it makes no sense to have them both in the game, right?
