These type of games campaigns are never easy to make interesting anyway. And with the general map size of ISS,i cant see a good SP coming along.
I say simply focus on the MP,and refining Local play experience for those who either have bad internet, live in far out regions,or simply want to enjoy the game with AI Bots.
Well they have some significant differences. But hey, best you don't get it then. Good you asked before buying.
Yo fellow Squad/PS guy here. Get it for the Co-OP ist really fun and akin to what you look for i guess. I have a blast in CO-OP and dident think i whould...
so how's squads and PSs single player?
you can use 3D editor to create ANY scenario u can imagine..or download one of the thousands of community made missions.
Its the best option you will find, you wont regret.
No it doesnt have to be milsim approach, their are mods and settings to "arcade-ify" your experience.
Exactly why i like it so much ( at least the co-op part ) Squad and PS require A LOT of comms. Here its chill and straight forward. A nice change of pace. Again, if on sale i urge you to give co-op a try.
