The US does not see the importation of standard capacity AK mags from China of any type due to import restrictions; those "mall ninja crap mags" are usually American polymer - that of course being part of the problem, that they are not reinforced with steel or other metals...
Mentioned in the video though is they can also be found to be chambered in 5.45x39mm.
And to let your animator know - AK based weapon system has SAFE/AUTO/SINGLE fire mode switch and not SAFE/SINGLE/AUTO as it is in the game.

Might want to recheck your info.
This site is run by a russian and has been around for over 10 years. Its a good data base for even a bunch of firearms people havnt even heard of.
BTW Israel Alpha is in World War 3 game.
Btw, google seems to pull up an image of the AK-105 when you google "AK-104", its accompanied with an excerpt from the wikipedia article on the right side of the search page.
