You do realize that your level and statistics have 0 impact on the matchmaking algorythm

So your K/D is really low now? You cant reset you just have to play cautious and try to build it back up.

I am trying, but when I playing on europe server's players kicking me because "russian not allowed" or etc.

I dont see any benefit resetting your level, I think its best to change your name to english when entering that server my asian friend do this just to avoid getting kicked even though he has a good ping.

are you playing on community servers? never saw anybody get kicked in official machtmakin for something like that.
