Anyone know how to remove this foggy/blurry look?

I'm not talking about motion blur and tried turning everything off and even running on medium but it still has this really uncomfortable look to it. Doesn't seem to be AA, Tesselation, or AO.

Wow...that is super helpful...not. No specs included (mine are in my profile) and all you can do is ♥♥♥♥♥ about the engine. The game runs great for me and many others who actually READ the NWI recommend specs and take a bit of time to tweak according to the many guides here.
INS2 uses the ancient Source Engine. No comparison between that and features available using UE4. The good news: you can still play INS2, which is a great game...enjoy.

I assume you meant UE4. Sandstorm does not "suck"...your system or settings may "suck" in regards to required specs to play Sandstorm. Your choice. NWI does allow a refund up until release, that's more than fair IMO.

Yep the game is blurry for everyone - it's not about people's sytems (I've got a high-end pc w/ gtx 1080 and it's blurry for me too). Best way I found to minimize things is using the .ini changes recommended in this thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/581320/discussions/0/1743353798887771786/

Yep it is - I think some people just have lower standards. I've yet to see a screenshot where textures in the background aren't a smeared mess.

when you set graphics on low it's not blurry anymore. very high - blurry mess.
